Returns a random value using simplex noise. Simplex noise is useful for creating natural looking gradient noise.
Inputs

| Seed | float | Controls the noise position to sample. In many cases, it's desirable to use UV coordinates as an input here |
| Scale | float | Multiplies the seed value. The lower the value, the more "zoomed in" the noise will appear |
