onRegister a callback to be called whenever a new frame is received from the camera. On spectacles, the render rate is different (and typically higher) than the camera update rate, so this callback can be used to know when a new camera frame is available. This allows you to only do additional processing (like run a SnapML model) when a new frame is available instead of doing redundant work on each scene update event.
